Order Processing Time

 

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing may take longer during new drops, high-demand periods, or sales events.

 


Business days exclude weekends and national holidays.

 


 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 


Delivery timelines vary by region and courier capacity. Standard delivery estimates are:

 

  • Cairo & Giza: 3–5 business days

  • All Other Cities / Governorates: 5–7 business days

 


Please note:

 

  • We do not allow opening packages before payment due to courier policies.

  • Delays caused by the courier, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.

 

 


 

 

Pre-Orders

 

 

  • Pre-order items will be clearly labeled on the product page.

  • Delivery will only begin when production is completed.

  • Estimated production and shipping timelines are stated in product descriptions and may be subject to change.

  • Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable.

 

 


 

 

Multiple Item Orders

 


If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.

Shipping Responsibility & Address Accuracy

 

 

  • Customers must ensure their shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:

     

    • The original shipping fee is non-refundable

    • A new shipping fee must be paid for redelivery

     

 

 


 

 

Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

 


If your package returns to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts:

 

  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded

  • Reshipping requires additional payment of shipping fees

 

 


 

 

Damages & Lost Packages

 


Once the package is handed to the courier, EROS PRJCT is not responsible for:

 

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Courier delays or mishandling

  • Any damage in transit

 


Any claims should be directed to the courier service.

 


 

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

 


You will receive:

 

  • Order confirmation via email or SMS

  • Tracking details once your order has been dispatched

 


Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
