Returns & exchanges
We want every piece you keep to feel right. If something’s off fit, color, anything. we’ll exchange or refund it.
Heads up on shipping
Return shipping is on the customer (a flat Bosta fee) unless the item is faulty, damaged, or shipped wrong — in that case we cover everything.
How to start a return or exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or email eros.cairo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item(s), and a one-line reason (size, color, etc.).
- We will arrange a Bosta pickup. The pickup fee for non-faulty returns is the same as your outbound shipping rate — paid in cash to the courier on pickup, or deducted from your refund. Just hand the item back in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days.
What we accept
- Items unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Original packaging intact.
- Within 7 days of delivery.
If the piece is faulty or shipped incorrectly, we cover everything, you do not pay for return shipping or restocking. We always make it right.
What we don’t accept
- Items worn, washed, altered, or visibly used.
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery.
- Final-sale and discounted items (clearly marked at checkout).
- Caps and belts (hygiene reasons — unless faulty).
Refunds
- Card / Apple Pay / valU: refunded to original payment method, 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
- Cash on delivery: refunded as store credit (instant), or to a bank account / wallet of your choice (5–7 business days).
Note: outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. For non-faulty returns, the return-pickup fee is also deducted from your refund (or paid in cash to the courier). If the item is faulty, damaged, or wrong, all shipping is on us and your full order amount is refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color of the same product. We arrange the pickup, hold your slot on the new variant, and reship within 2 business days of receiving the original.
For non-faulty exchanges, the return pickup is paid by the customer (same Bosta rate as outbound). The reshipment of the new variant is on us — you only pay for one leg.
If the new variant costs more, we email you a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.
Damaged or wrong items
Open your order on camera if possible, it makes our life easier when something’s wrong. Send the unboxing video and a photo of the issue to eros.cairo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free, with priority shipping.
Return shipping fees — in plain numbers
For non-faulty returns and exchanges (size change, color change, change of mind), the return pickup is paid by the customer at the same Bosta rate as outbound delivery. The fee is either paid in cash to the Bosta courier when they pick up, or deducted from your refund — your choice.
- Cairo & Giza: EGP 100
- Alexandria: EGP 120
- Other governorates: EGP 125
- Remote zones: EGP 130–150
Faulty, damaged, or wrong-item returns: all shipping fees are 100% on us. You pay nothing.
