Refund
Refunds are only accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund:
- Send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Include your order number, the reason for the refund, and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
note:
- All refund related shipping costs are covered by the client and may be higher than normal shipping rates.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
- Requests beyond the 25 hour window will not be accepted

Exchange
Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- All original Packaging and tags must be included and untouched
Discounted items are not eligible for exchanges.
To request an exchange:
- Email us within 48 hours of recieving your item.
- Include your order number, the reason for exchange and clear photos of the item and its packaging
