Refund & Exchange Policy — EROS PRJCT
At EROS PRJCT, we take pride in delivering high-quality pieces designed to last. To ensure fairness and clarity, please carefully review our policy below:
Defective or Wrong Items Sent to You
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or is the wrong item — that is on us, not you. Message us on WhatsApp (+20 10 4486 8440) or Instagram DM (@eros.prjct) within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
We will arrange Bosta pickup at no cost to you and replace the item or refund the full amount — your choice. No questions asked. This is separate from the standard refund eligibility rules above.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, only if all of the following conditions are met:

Item is unworn

Item is unwashed

Item is in its original packaging, including all tags, labels & accessories

The product has no signs of wear, use, damage, or odor

Proof of purchase is provided
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Pre-order items (non-refundable)

Sale / discounted items (final sale)

Products with removed or damaged tags, packaging, or branding elements

Packages that have been opened or tampered with
EROS PRJCT reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order, following the same conditions listed under Refund Eligibility.
Additional exchange conditions:

The item you wish to exchange for must be in stock at the time of request.

Exchanges are processed only once per order.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may:

Choose another available item, or

Follow the refund policy if eligible
Shipping & Handling

All shipping fees for refunds & exchanges are paid by the customer.

Additional shipping fees will apply for:

Returning the original item

Delivering the exchanged item back to you

EROS PRJCT holds no responsibility for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Processing Time & Payment Method
All refunds and exchanges are processed through InstaPay or Telda only.
Refund timing:

5–7 business days

Counted from the day your package is received and inspected at our warehouse

Not from the day you hand it to the courier
Final Sale Items
The following cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

Pre-order items

Sale / discounted items

Any promotional, limited-time, or heavily reduced merchandise
Right of Refusal
EROS PRJCT reserves the right to:

Refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy
