Shipping
We ship every order via Bosta within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Cash on delivery available across all governorates.
Free shipping
Free shipping on all orders over EGP 2,000. Auto-applied at checkout.
Delivery times
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days from dispatch.
- Alexandria: 2–3 business days.
- Other governorates: 2–4 business days.
- Remote areas: up to 5 business days.
Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after are dispatched the next morning.

- Cairo & Giza: EGP 100
- Alexandria: EGP 120
- Other governorates: EGP 125
- Remote zones: EGP 130–150
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your cart total reaches EGP 2,000 or more.
Returns: if you return an item that is not faulty, the return pickup is paid by you at the same rates above (deducted from your refund or paid in cash to the Bosta courier on pickup). If the item is faulty or wrong, return shipping is on us. Full returns policy →

Tracking
You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number once your order is picked up by Bosta. You can also track using your order number on our tracking page.
Failed delivery / wrong address
If Bosta cannot reach you on the first attempt, they will try again within 24 hours and then call you to reschedule. After three failed attempts, the package returns to us and we will reach out to confirm next steps.
If you entered the wrong address, message us on WhatsApp within 30 minutes of placing the order and we will update it before dispatch. Once dispatched, address changes incur a re-routing fee.
International shipping
We currently only ship within Egypt. International shipping is on the roadmap — join the email list to know when it launches.
