Every product page has a built-in size advisor — click What is my size? and answer 4 quick questions. We also publish full measurement charts on the size guide page.

Between sizes? For tees and crewnecks: size up if you want oversized, true-to-size for regular. For sweatpants and jeans: size down if between, the cotton stretches with wear.

Everything is made in Egypt. Cotton grown in the Nile Delta, cut and sewn at two small workshops outside Cairo, finished in October City. By the time your order reaches your door it has not left the country.

Not yet. We currently ship within Egypt only. International is on the roadmap — sign up for the email list and we’ll let you know when it launches.

Yes. COD is available everywhere we ship. Pay your courier when your order arrives at your door.

Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after are dispatched the next morning. Cairo and Giza arrive in 1–2 days, other governorates 2–4.

Within 30 minutes of placing the order, yes — message us on WhatsApp. After dispatch, address changes incur a re-routing fee. Cancellations after dispatch follow our standard returns process.

Seven days from delivery, items unworn and tagged. We arrange the Bosta pickup.

Return shipping fees: paid by the customer (same Bosta rate as outbound, deducted from your refund or paid cash to the courier) unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we shipped the wrong piece — in those cases we cover all shipping. Full details on the returns page.

• Cold wash, inside out, with similar colors.
• Do not bleach.
• hang dry.
• Iron on low if needed. Avoid direct contact with prints and embroidery.

Our cotton is pre-washed so shrinkage is minimal (~2%).
