What is the return policy?
We offer refunds within 24 hours of receiving your order and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order. Make sure to read our Refund & Exchange policy for full details.
How do i wash my item?
- Washed inside out
- Washed on water temperature of 30 degrees or less
- No bleach, or fabric softener
- No dryer
- Medium heat iron, and no direct heat on prints
When will I get my order?
Orders in Cairo take 3-5 business days.
Orders outside Cairo take 3-7 business days.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are proudly 100% Egyptian made. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality.
Are open packages allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow opening the package for inspection or separation of items during the delivery, but we allow refunds and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order.
